Summary

Requirements
- Charming; with highly effective presentation, demo, and sales skills
- Exceptional proficiency in developing sales scripts, playbooks, and collateral essential for effective account acquisition in the SMB segment
- Proven track record of SMB sales growth
- Strong analytical skills, adept at quantifying value and presenting compelling business case (i.e. justification) that our ICPs can share with budget owners
- Extensive experience with modern AI tools, enabling rapid automation and efficiency in the sales process
- Savvy in outsourced or AI-powered lead generation, utilizing SDRs, and other tactics for profitable sales growth
- Demonstrated expertise in recruiting, identifying talent, and cultivating a cohesive, high-performing sales team
- Trustworthy, honest, and dependable, serving as a model of integrity within the organization
- Detail-oriented, providing comprehensive reporting while prioritizing revenue and growth as top objectives
- Upholds a high bar of quality, ensuring all client-facing materials meet exceptional standards
- Displays a scrappy work ethic, exemplifying dedication to overcoming challenges and achieving results
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales roles, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
