  • Exceptional proficiency in developing sales scripts, playbooks, and collateral essential for effective account acquisition in the SMB segment
  • Proven track record of SMB sales growth
  • Strong analytical skills, adept at quantifying value and presenting compelling business case (i.e. justification) that our ICPs can share with budget owners
  • Extensive experience with modern AI tools, enabling rapid automation and efficiency in the sales process
  • Savvy in outsourced or AI-powered lead generation, utilizing SDRs, and other tactics for profitable sales growth
  • Demonstrated expertise in recruiting, identifying talent, and cultivating a cohesive, high-performing sales team
  • Trustworthy, honest, and dependable, serving as a model of integrity within the organization
  • Detail-oriented, providing comprehensive reporting while prioritizing revenue and growth as top objectives
  • Upholds a high bar of quality, ensuring all client-facing materials meet exceptional standards
  • Displays a scrappy work ethic, exemplifying dedication to overcoming challenges and achieving results
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales roles, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
