Requirements

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in social media management and employer branding (or a related field)
  • Proficiency in Canva for creating visually appealing graphics
  • Proficiency in TikTok for trend-driven content creation
  • Proficiency in Photoshop for advanced photo editing
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and the ability to create engaging on-brand content
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to manage tasks without constant oversight
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • A deep interest in staying updated on trends, tools, and best practices in the digital space
  • Able to adapt quickly, think critically, and suggest improvements
  • Understand what makes a company culture stand out and know how to communicate that effectively

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and manage social media strategies for three e-commerce brands across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
  • Create, curate, and schedule content that resonates with target audiences for each of the 3 brands
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and monitor audience feedback to build community and trust
  • Stay updated on trends and innovations to keep content fresh and relevant
  • Take full ownership of the company’s employer branding across platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Develop and post engaging content that showcases our company culture, team successes, and unique values
  • Continuously research and implement new ideas to enhance our company’s online image and reputation, including managing online reviews and similar platforms
  • Strategize and create content that positions the company as a desirable workplace, highlighting more than just job opportunities
  • Use creative storytelling and visuals to enhance the company’s image and appeal to potential candidates and external audiences
  • Track performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversion rates) across all social media channels and campaigns
  • Analyze data to refine strategies and ensure content is effective in driving results
  • Conduct competitor research to identify opportunities and implement best practices
