Solution Consultant, Remote - Australia

Summary

Visier is looking for a Solution Consultant with 5+ years of experience in an HR-related field, ideally from a customer-facing role. The role involves working closely with the APAC Account Executive team to understand client needs, explain Visier's differentiation and value proposition, deliver presentations and demos, ensure successful communication of client requirements to the Visier customer success team, and become a Visier solution expert.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in an HR-related field such as people analytics, employee engagement, talent acquisition, or learning & development
• Ideally you come from a customer-facing role either as a management consultant, solution consultant, or similar field-based position
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment

Responsibilities

• In partnership with the sales team, help with discovery to understand the client’s pains as well as current applications and data landscape
• Explain Visier’s differentiation and value proposition compared to traditional reporting & BI solution, homegrown system, competitor solution, or Core HR system
• Deliver world-class presentations and demos where you explain and show how Visier solutions can meet their needs and transform their organization
• Ensure successful and thorough communication of the client’s requirements to the Visier customer success (Delivery) team
• Responsible for solution proposals for RFIs and RFPs
• Become a Visier solution expert. Understand how Visier addresses different analytics use cases and be the go-to person for all things solutions related
• Act as a trusted advisor to both the customer as well as our internal teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with a cloud SaaS vendor is desirable
• Comfortable working with and presenting to senior and C-level audiences
