Summary
The job is for a Senior Engagement Manager at Hakkoda, a modern data consultancy. The role involves leading client engagements, owning the vision for Hakkodaβs Delivery Methodology, and managing day-to-day project execution. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree, 8+ years of experience managing technical projects, and be a Certified Scrum Master or equivalent Agile certification.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree a MUST (preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field)
- 8+ years of experience managing technical projects
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, preferably in data migration or related IT projects
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements and own the vision for Hakkodaβs Delivery Methodology
- Serve as a servant leader for one or more Agile teams involved in data migration projects
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Coach team members on Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Remove impediments and ensure the team has everything they need to meet sprint objectives
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize backlog items and define project goals
- Track project progress, monitor key metrics, and communicate status updates to stakeholders
- Manage risks and dependencies, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions while adhering to project timelines and budgets
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment conducive to creativity and innovation
- Encourage open communication, transparency, and constructive feedback among team members
- Promote cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing to maximize team efficiency and effectiveness
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity, quality, and delivery outcomes
