Summary
The job is for a Senior Manager of Strategy & Operations at Rula, a mental healthcare company aiming to expand their services to Medicare members. Requirements
- A Bachelorβs degree
- 10+ years of experience owning and delivering business service launches and growth, from discovery and ideation to delivery and sustainment
- 3+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
- Expertise in managing complex projects and processes, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated analytical skills with the proficiency to interpret data and make informed judgements to improve program performance
- Strong instincts on how to set up processes that are efficient and will scale well, with knowledge in designing, documenting, training, and rolling out new initiatives
Responsibilities
- Help Rula launch and grow both their Medicare and Medicare Advantage books of business nationally
- Work directly with Rulaβs Product, Billing, Support, and Provider teams to launch Medicare nationally and deliver an excellent experience for patients, providers, and payer partners
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at a high growth start up
- Deep knowledge and familiarity with Medicare or Medicare Advantage program management, including familiarity with CMS regulations and compliance requirements
- Past experience in a consultancy capacity or working directly within mental health/behavioral health services, particularly in a Medicare context
- Experience in a leadership role with at least one direct report
