Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • 7+ years of marketing and revenue operations experience in a B2B software company
  • Strong proficiency in marketing technology stack, including Salesforce, Lean Data, Outreach, Marketo, and ZoomInfo

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end lead management process, from capture to distribution, ensuring both quantity and quality of marketing-generated pipeline
  • Identify and address gaps in the lead funnel process using data and automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Design and implement a lead-scoring approach, monitor the entire funnel, and provide insights for continuous improvement
  • Analyze revenue-generating activities, leveraging data to improve processes and decision-making
  • Develop and execute targeted lead nurturing campaigns using marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Establish KPIs and dashboards to track campaign effectiveness and ROI, driving informed decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and revenue goals
  • Own the execution of key cross-functional initiatives, partnering on strategy, implementation, and documentation
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to drive change management for the GTM team on Sales Processes/Methodology/Playbooks
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the marketing technology stack, managing system configurations, integrations, and user training

Preferred Qualifications

Marketo certification preferred (not required); familiarity with ABM a plus
