Requirements

• Possess strategic vision and experience in strategic project management
• Have strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities (data-driven, analytical tools)
• Manage complex projects, prioritize effectively, and adapt to ambiguity
• Demonstrate excellent communication, influence, and fluency in French and English
• Have a generalist profile, with varying experience levels, from 5 years of professional experience to confirmed expert
• Speak English (level assessed and appreciated according to the department you apply to)
• Appreciate working in a constantly changing environment
• Prioritize collaboration within your team and with other stakeholders
• Have sufficient perspective to prioritize high-impact business actions in your daily work

Responsibilities

• Define and improve client acquisition and support strategies
• Optimize internal processes, billing, and performance analysis
• Launch new initiatives to support growth
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects with sales, finance, and support teams
• Work in a dynamic environment focused on managing various projects
• Combine strategic vision (defining objectives, action plans, indicator-based management) and operational excellence (execution, continuous improvement, automation)
• Promote alignment between teams through effective communication and rigorous stakeholder management

Preferred Qualifications

• Master of SQL
• Experience with Salesforce
