Requirements
- PhD in applicable field
- Minimum of 10 years applicable experience
- US Citizen
- Ability to handle information confidentially
Responsibilities
- Provide various approaches and methods, tools, technologies for survey development and implementation options
- Work with Federal management and staff as well as contract team to support the design and implementation of surveys
- Provide explanations of methodologies, results, etc
- Support other duties as assigned and related to survey activities associated with the program
