Requirements

  • Successfully managed full-cycle recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles, particularly in growth-focused companies
  • Track record of creating collaborative partnerships with candidates and hiring teams
  • Experience developing hiring approaches that build diverse, talented teams
  • Ability to manage multiple searches while delivering quality results
  • Comfortable with modern recruiting tools and ATS systems (we use Greenhouse)

Responsibilities

  • Guide the end-to-end hiring process, from initial kick-off meetings to offer celebrations
  • Create an excellent experience for candidates and hiring managers through clear communication and consistent support
  • Develop diverse sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical roles
  • Build and maintain an engaged candidate pipeline
  • Track and analyze key recruiting metrics to identify opportunities for improvements
  • Collaborate with teams to understand their needs and create compelling job descriptions
  • Share insights on market trends and compensation to inform hiring decisions
  • Stay current with industry trends and candidate priorities
  • Use data and market insights to guide hiring strategies
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to enhance our recruiting processes for efficiency and scale
  • Implement solutions that improve the hiring experience
  • Partner with the People team to align hiring with company goals
  • Contribute to developing an outstanding onboarding experience
  • Take on special projects as they arise

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a SaaS or startup environment
  • Bilingual proficiency in French
