Join us as a Talent Acquisition Partner for Global Hires to make the healthcare experience more human by hiring world-class talent for our global teams across 13 markets in Europe and LATAM.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition in a company of similar growth/global reach to us (running processes end-to-end), with a keen focus on quality hiring
  • Experience working (and hiring) across multiple markets; you understand the complexity
  • Fluency in English (and any other languages - e.g. Spanish, Portuguese or Polish are additional nice-to-haves)!
  • A great read on people and strong assessment skills

Responsibilities

  • Hiring (and therefore attracting, reaching out to, assessing, and closing) world-class talent for our global teams (i.e. everything outside Tech & Product)
  • Keep a sharp focus on quality of hire and ensure our recruitment process assesses candidates fairly and effectively
  • Improve recruitment processes , make data-based decisions, understand what scales (and what doesn't), and share best practices with the whole team
  • Be a trusted advisor to the hiring managers you're partnering with; share insights you're seeing in the talent pool, advise on compensation strategies, shape the narrative of the role/team to the market
  • Run, measure and consistently find ways to improve candidate experience

  • A strong sense of ownership - in terms of managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building relationships across the business, improving the way we do things and thinking out of the box how we can attract world-class talent
  • Diligence - you know that talent acquisition is part science, part art. We run processes diligently, follow up with candidates, and we don't drop the ball (if we can avoid it :)
  • Great prioritization and attention to detail. You know that in talent acquisition, it's the small things that make a difference, and basics done really, really well make us stand out as a business
