Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Recommend and implement strategies to enhance sourcing processes
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Consultants and hiring managers to devise effective strategies for identifying and engaging candidates across APAC and MENA, less in the UK and Americas
  • Timely screening of prospective job applicants to evaluate their skills and qualifications
  • Ensuring that potential job candidates are an excellent fit for the Study Group
  • Producing and posting job adverts that attract appropriate candidates
  • Design and conduct introduction screening calls focussing on relevance and quality for the role
  • Create shortlists of potential and high-quality candidates and present them to Hiring Managers
  • Regularly communicate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule a variety of different interviews, advising on assessment criteria and questions and occasionally joining the panel to offer support
  • Accurately and timely recording candidate information and updating candidate progress information on the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Create specific talent pools using our internal candidate database and utilising for difficult roles
  • Proactively approach passive candidates regarding open vacancies using a variety of sourcing tools and systems
  • Flexibility to work with changing priorities based on business needs and supporting colleagues when asked
  • Flexibility to manage and influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver under challenging deadlines
  • Managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Striving to find better solutions to recruitment activity to increase quality of hire and reduce non-value add activity
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks/projects as requested by management

Preferred Qualifications

Experience of recruiting across multiple functions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Admin, Operations) is highly preferential
