Technical Recruiter

Summary

Join Sardine, a leader in fraud prevention and AML compliance, as a Technical Recruiter (Contractor). You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to develop and implement effective hiring strategies. This role requires 4+ years of experience in technical recruiting within high-growth environments and a deep understanding of technical roles, particularly within fintech, AI, or security. You will build relationships with candidates, enhance hiring processes, and champion an exceptional candidate experience. This is a fully remote, 3-month contract position (with potential extension) based in the US or Canada, offering a competitive monthly rate. Note that full-time employee benefits do not apply to this contractor role.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical recruiting and sourcing within high-growth environments
• Deep understanding of technical roles, skills, and hiring best practices, ideally within fintech, AI, or security domains
• Proven experience sourcing and engaging passive talent using creative strategies
• Ability to use data to drive hiring decisions and improve processes

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process—from sourcing and engaging top talent to closing offers
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and craft hiring strategies that bring in the best talent
• Build relationships with passive and active candidates, keeping our talent pipeline strong for both current and future roles
• Enhance our hiring processes to be efficient, candidate-friendly, and scalable as we grow
• Champion an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring that every interaction with Sardine reflects our values and mission
