Travel Manager

Summary

Join BryceTech as an On-the-Job Travel Manager (OTM) supporting the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA). You will be responsible for managing all travel for USG or Contractor staff, providing training on travel procedures, processing travel requests efficiently, tracking travel for reporting, and maximizing cost savings. This role requires extensive knowledge of Federal travel regulations and at least five years of experience managing travel on Federal contracts for a high volume of staff. A bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience is also needed. Requirements

• Extensive knowledge and experience in Federal travel regulations
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience managing travel on Federal contracts for high-volume of staff
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry exp

Responsibilities

• Manage all travel requested by USG or Contractor staff
• Provide routine training and guidance to all Contractor staff on the rules and procedures when traveling on behalf of USG
• Process all travel requests promptly and efficiently in accordance with the terms of this contract and ASPR and BARDA travel procedures
• Track all travel at all levels for reporting
• Make every effort to maximize cost savings for all travel executed on behalf of USG
