T&T Representative

Summary

Join Zelh, a rapidly growing outsourcing company, as an After-Hours T&T Representative! In this role, you will monitor shipment statuses, proactively identify potential delays, and communicate with carriers and stakeholders. You will also implement contingency plans, coordinate with international partners, and manage critical situations. This is a remote position offering a competitive salary, paid time off, and a supportive team environment. The schedule is either 4:30 PM-12:30 AM EST or 11:30 PM-7:30 AM EST.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or customer service
• Upper-Intermediate Level of English is a MUST
• Experience with transportation management systems (TMS)
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn multiple tracking systems
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time shipment status using tracking systems and carrier networks
• Proactively identify potential delays or disruptions in the supply chain
• Contact carriers, drivers, and facilities to obtain status updates
• Communicate delays and issues to relevant stakeholders
• Document all tracking activities and maintain detailed records
• Implement contingency plans when shipments are at risk
• Coordinate with international partners across different time zones
• Manage escalations and critical situations independently
