  • Proven capability in driving significant revenue growth within a SaaS, multi-product environment through innovative marketing strategies
  • Exceptional ability to leverage data and analytics to guide strategic decision-making, optimize marketing performance, and drive business outcomes
  • Experience working closely with executive leadership and sales teams within a B2B SaaS context, promoting an innovative, dynamic, and collaborative culture
  • Deep understanding of the latest marketing trends, approaches, and tools, including expertise in Hubspot and Salesforce (CMS, CRM, Marketing)

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and empower a diverse marketing team of about 40 individuals
  • Convert Workleap’s business objectives into robust, comprehensive marketing strategies for our platform and across all product categories
  • Establish the marketing department's strategic vision, setting clear priorities, KPIs, goals, and a roadmap that supports the overarching business objectives
  • Oversee the crafting and execution of all marketing initiatives, guaranteeing they align with our strategic goals and brand vision
  • Employ a data-centric approach to decision-making, enhancing continual process optimization and revenue growth. Monitor and respond to key performance metrics, leveraging insights for strategic adjustments
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, enhancing the marketing department's impact through strategic cross-functional collaboration
  • Advocate for and embed a culture of collaboration, innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement within the marketing team and across the organization
