Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing roles of progressively increasing scope, with 5+ years in a leadership role within the B2B healthcare technology space
  • Proven experience in building and scaling high-performing, thriving marketing teams, including an active role in recruiting, mentoring, and talent development
  • Demonstrated success in building strong relationships with Product and Sales teams to drive joint goals
  • Expertise in creating and managing customer reference programs and developing high-quality marketing assets, including case studies and customer success stories
  • Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and analytics software

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that position CodaMetrix as a leader in healthcare technology and AI-powered coding automation
  • Work closely with product management to create product messaging, positioning, and differentiation for new and existing solutions
  • Lead field enablement and product launches, ensuring clear communication of value propositions, competitive differentiation, and customer benefits
  • Build and maintain a robust portfolio of customer success stories, case studies, and references that showcase the value and impact of CodaMetrix solutions
  • Lead the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, content and traditional channels to generate leads and drive engagement
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, ensuring alignment with the companyโ€™s strategic goals
  • Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, accountability, inclusivity, and results-driven execution within the marketing team
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve marketing ROI
  • Establish a formal competitive intelligence approach and readouts to guide product decisions and market positioning
