Summary

Requirements

  • Be eligible to obtain or maintain U.S. Government clearances
  • 10+ Years of experience leading marketing or demand generation teams (people manager) within SaaS B2B or B2G organizations
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to employ analytical skills to the development of strategy
  • Experience developing and guiding strategy to increase lead generation and strengthen go-to-market strategies
  • Proficient in technology deployment to enable sales and marketing efforts efficiently
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute campaigns that deliver high-quality leads, accelerate pipeline velocity, and nurture prospects throughout the buying journey
  • Provide tools, training, and resources that empower sales teams to convert leads into customers effectively
  • Implement targeted ABM strategies for key accounts to increase conversion rates and deal sizes
  • Position the company as an industry leader by producing high-value content, hosting webinars, and participating in industry events
  • Strengthen brand equity through strategic messaging, storytelling, and consistent communications
  • Collaborate with product teams to develop and communicate product value propositions, launch new features, and support product adoption
  • Allocate and manage the marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI on campaigns and initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of space or aerospace sectors
  • Master’s Degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
