Summary
Join Jellyvision as their VP of Marketing and lead the charge in shaping how the company shows up, scales, and drives growth. You will own the go-to-market strategy for major product launches, shaping positioning, messaging, and demand programs across B2B and DTC funnels. This role requires strategic thinking and storytelling abilities to build impactful campaigns while maintaining brand consistency. Close collaboration with Product, Sales, and RevOps teams is essential to align efforts with revenue goals. You will lead a high-impact team, manage budgets and agency partnerships, and use performance metrics to guide decision-making. This is a challenging role requiring a leader who can turn big ideas into real results and inspire a team to achieve excellence.
Requirements
- 7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, some of which was spent in the trenches of benefits/insuretech/fintech, with deep experience in demand gen and product launches . You’ve brought new products to market, from zero to revenue, and you have the battle scars to prove it
- A portfolio of high-performing campaigns—and messaging that doesn’t read like it was written by a robot. You gotta know both “Creatively Great” and “Effective,” and can show us that you’ve delivered it
- You get conversion funnels, segmentation, CAC/LTV math, and multi-channel orchestration
- You tinker with all new channels and tools but know how to pick your battles and ruthlessly prioritize your efforts to maximize impact
- You have strong leadership chops and a track record of growing and motivating high-performing teams
- You’re comfortable with ambiguity, have a bias for action, and are allergic to boring. You expect the unpaved road and have built in shock absorbent suspension accordingly
- Salespeople are your friends and partners. You are close to customers, partners, and the market, and you spend energy “bringing the outside in” so we all learn and have the authentic voice of the market and industry front and center for all of our decision making
- Location : Remote
- Starting Salary: $200,000 - $230,000
Responsibilities
- Lead go-to-market planning and launch strategy for flagship new products
- Build and execute integrated demand generation strategies that drive real pipeline across both B2B and DTC funnels
- Use storytelling to elevate our brand, break through the noise, and drive action
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, and RevOps to align marketing efforts with revenue goals
- Inspire and lead a lean but mighty team across content, creative, product marketing, digital, and field
- Define and manage KPIs across acquisition, engagement, and conversion
- Protect and evolve the Jellyvision voice—funny, human, and helpful as hell
- Manage budget, agencies, and priorities with discipline and focus
