Summary

Join Verisys as a full-time remote VP of Sales - Pharmacy/Life Sciences! This individual contributor role focuses on sales, sales operations, sales management, and business development within the Pharmacy/Pharma and Life Sciences sectors. You will be responsible for closing at least $2.5 million in business annually. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in the healthcare industry, specifically within Pharmacy and Life Sciences. This remote position requires residency in one of several specified states. Verisys offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a VP of Sales or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques
  • Strong working knowledge of the company’s products, competitive products and the market
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Great strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skills
  • Sales and Business Development skills
  • Sales Operations experience
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery call, demo/presentation, pricing, contracting, and implementation
  • Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in Pharmacy and Life Sciences
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets; experience closing at least 2.5mil annually in new business
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

  • Cold calling, prospecting, generating leads, and creating pipelines
  • Moving pipelines across all sales cycles
  • Close at least $2.5 Million in business each year
  • Upselling current business with Account Managers
  • Attend tradeshows
  • Work leads

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferable HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Seamless AI knowledge
  • Tradeshows experience preferred with strong ability for pre and post show reach out
  • Experience collaborating with Account Management team to upsell current client base
