Summary

Nomi Health is seeking a VP, Sales Leader to build and oversee a specific geographical market, grow the client base, and contribute to the expansion of the company nationally. The primary objective is to drive revenue growth by utilizing Nomi's products and establishing relationships with brokers and consultants in the Third-Party Administration (TPA) sector. The VP, Sales Leader will lead a sales team, develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and possess in-depth knowledge of Nomi's products.

Requirements

  • Sales executive with 10+ years’ experience preferably in health benefits and healthcare fintech
  • Expertise and deep knowledge of the full breadth of Nomi products such as Analytics, Network – Tier 1 and Tier 2 contracts, PBM full replacement, POP and Utopia, and use of our rails and financing opportunities with Financial Services
  • Proven track record of success in global sales leadership roles within the healthcare industry, with a focus on TPAs, brokers, and consultants
  • Strong understanding of the TPA ecosystem and healthcare industry dynamics
  • Team management experience of 3-4 years including leading and developing sales executives with lesser experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales targets/goals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

  • Build and oversee a specific geographical market
  • Grow the client base and contribute to the expansion of the company nationally
  • Establish and nurture relationships with brokers and consultants in the Third-Party Administration (TPA) sector
  • Lead a sales team including a Sales Executive, Account Manager, and Business Development Rep
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies and customer needs
