Requirements
- 5+ years of proven success in sales, preferably within the B2B software sector
- Fluency in both French and English, enabling seamless communication with clients and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in CRM systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- You are a sustainability-driven and are keen to support our mission
- Strong analytical skills, coupled with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth
- Excellent organisational abilities, allowing you to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Lead sales processes and initiatives specifically tailored to accounts in the French market, leveraging your cultural and linguistic expertise to build strong client relationships and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate closely with our Sales Development to identify and nurture leads, both through inbound and outbound strategies
- Deliver compelling pitches and presentations to prospective clients, guiding them through the sales process from initial contact to successful deal closure
- Consistently exceed revenue targets and KPIs, demonstrating your results-oriented approach and commitment to driving business outcomes
- Employ data-driven insights to inform your sales strategies and optimise performance, leveraging tools such as HubSpot
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both French and English, effectively communicating complex concepts and building rapport with clients
- Thrive in an autonomous work environment, where you'll take ownership of your tasks, prioritise effectively, and manage your time efficiently to achieve objectives
