Responsibilities

  • Student Acquisition: Identify, engage, and persuade new students to enroll in our courses
  • Proactive Sourcing: Organize LinkedIn or email campaigns via Hubspot to schedule meetings and initiate outbound calls to qualified leads who are familiar and excited to chat with us
  • CRM Management: Manage calls, meetings, and reports via Hubspot. Ensure strategic, personalized business follow-ups on ongoing leads within your CRM
  • Tacking Objections: Review call recordings per week to improve sales approach and objection handling skills
  • Event Participation: Actively participate in both in-person and online Paradox events to sell our products. Assist or lead at least two webinars per month
