- 5+ years of experience in B2C content marketing or copywriting/editorial roles
- A passion and experience for writing direct-to-consumer marketing copy
- Proven ability to develop multi-channel content that drives measurable outcomes
- Strong project management skills and ability to navigate competing deadlines
- A passion for fast-moving, high-growth environments where no two days look the same
Responsibilities
- Write high-impact B2C content that drives member acquisition and engagement
- Optimize content & creative using data and growth best practices to drive stronger results
- Act as an end-to-end creative owner across multiple marketing channels and campaigns
- Provide creative direction while working closely with designers to develop assets that are on-brand and visually compelling
- Brainstorm and experiment with new creative ideas that help Thrive stand out and drive our goals
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality execution on tight timelines
