Summary

Pacifica Continental is seeking a Country Manager for its Peruvian branch to lead local strategy and coordinate resources and partners. The manager will ensure market planning, communication, user experience, regulatory compliance, team structure, business development, and report generation.

Requirements

• University graduate, preferably in business administration, digital business, business economics, industrial/engineering/computer/data science
• +5 years of experience in similar positions, in hybrid/remote work environments
• Experience with collaborative work tools and project management
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced) and experience with data visualization tools and complex information analysis
• Good sales skills, great analytical capacity, adaptation, and resilience
• Ability to inspire and guide teams to achieve goals

Responsibilities

• Ensure the planning and preparation of the P&L for the market
• Maintain a deep understanding of the market, including the competitive and regulatory environment
• Ensure optimal relationships with regulatory bodies
• Conduct and/or coordinate market research, business plan preparation, budgeting, and marketing strategies
• Define the local brand strategy together with the Marketing team and ensure compliance with what is defined in the P&L
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, working jointly with the Compliance Manager and Legal department
• Responsible for the structure of local teams, recruitment, and retention, in coordination with HR
• Responsible for local business development

Experience and knowledge of the online betting market will be highly valued
