Summary

Join our team as a fully-remote Demand Generation Leader and run multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns to meet sales pipeline targets. This role will focus on creating Account Based Marketing plays for the Sales Development team.

Requirements

  • 5 - 8+ years experience in a B2B demand generation role for a software company, with 2 - 3+ years fully owning the strategy of the demand generation function
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or comparable education/experience
  • Experience marketing into an IT buying center, selling complex deals with multiple products
  • Certified in Demandbase or similar tool (6sense of Rollworks) preferred
  • Proven results in a high-growth company with 25%+ annual growth; showing clear new logo pipeline growth through marketing tactics
  • Expert on ABM programs and ABM platforms (ideally Demandbase)
  • Adept with Salesforce including reporting and tracking
  • Highly analytical and technical with capacity to export and analyze key market data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Strong understanding of how to use content marketing to generate qualified leads

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, development, and execution of high-velocity demand generation programs that translate to net new opportunity generation
  • Recognize, produce, and distribute compelling messages that will be highly valuable to increase awareness and demand across multiple solution sets
  • Drive account-based marketing strategy, partnering with SDRs for account selection, messaging, and integrated outreach play (includes enablement, messaging, coordination, and outbound sequence creation)
  • Manage the integrated campaign function (execution, budgets, and KPIs) to drive pipeline that converts to revenue
  • Create annual and quarterly marketing plans and targets for targeted sales accounts and contacts that focus on new logos and accelerate existing opportunities
  • Own and run virtual and live events including the securing of speakers and content (webinars, client summit)
  • Continually measure, monitor, and drive improvement in program approaches; employ industry best practices and look for opportunities to increase effectiveness and efficiency to fulfill sales & demand gen pipeline
