Summary

Join ConnectWise as a Demand Generation Manager and plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns targeting mid-market enterprise accounts. Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to generate leads and pipeline for the global sales organization. Analyze industry trends and buyer behavior to inform campaign strategies. Develop targeted account-based marketing strategies and compelling campaign messaging. Optimize paid search, social media, and other digital campaigns. Measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights. Support events and leverage technology to enhance targeting. Partner with the sales team to ensure alignment and communication.

Requirements

  • Prior experience scaling demand generation efforts into mid-market and enterprise segments
  • Experience refining messaging and targeting strategies to reach multi-stakeholder buying committees at mid-market enterprise companies
  • Prior experience marketing to IT departments or similar B2B technology buyers
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • 3+ years of experience

Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns to drive pipeline growth for mid-market enterprise accounts
  • Analyze industry trends, competitors, and buyer behavior to inform campaign positioning and strategy
  • Develop targeted account-based marketing strategies tailored to mid-market enterprise decision makers
  • Collaborate with content and product marketing teams to create compelling campaign messaging that resonates with mid-market IT buyers
  • Plan and optimize paid search, paid social, and other digital campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, and conversions
  • Design and implement nurture programs to move leads through the funnel and improve conversion rates
  • Measure campaign effectiveness, track KPIs (MQLs, SQOs, pipeline, won revenue, CAC, ROI), and adjust strategies based on insights
  • Support virtual and in-person events to generate leads engage prospects, and accelerate opportunities
  • Leverage our tech stack and intent data to enhance targeting and campaign performance
  • Partner closely with the sales team to keep them informed on upcoming campaigns, status of current campaigns, and results of completed campaigns
  • Provides cross-functional support within marketing and to stakeholder departments with a high attention to detail
  • Stay up to date on marketing trends and continually issue an insightful point of how to respond to changes (AI’s impact on SEO, etc)
  • Proactively manages stakeholder expectations
  • Takes on other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years in MSP industry
  • Based in Tampa
