Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience managing SEM/PPC campaigns and digital marketing strategies with a proven track record of driving high-quality leads
- Proficiency in Google Ads, SEMrush, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, 6Sense, Microsoft 365, Asana project management software, and WordPress
- Strong expertise in SEM/PPC strategy, campaign optimization, and performance tracking
- Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns based on data and key performance metrics
- Ability to work cross-functionally, guiding content creation for campaigns while ensuring alignment with lead generation goals
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present campaign performance and strategy to internal stakeholders
- Strong strategic thinker with a focus on performance and results
- Highly self-motivated with excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to drive high-quality traffic, optimize ad spend, and generate leads
- Oversee all aspects of paid search campaigns, including keyword targeting, bid management, and budget allocation
- Continuously monitor and optimize SEM campaigns to meet KPIs and deliver strong ROI
- Use paid media dashboards (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn) to track campaign performance and adjust tactics for improved results
- Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights and make data-driven decisions for optimizing SEM strategies
- Focus on KPIs such as cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), conversion rates, and lead quality
- Work with the content team to guide the creation of ad copy, landing pages, and any other content required for paid media campaigns to ensure alignment with overall campaign goals
- Evaluate and work with vendors and partners to expand reach and improve the cost-effectiveness of paid media campaigns
- Focus on driving SEM demand generation specifically within the North American market, understanding regional nuances, and adapting campaigns accordingly
