Requirements

• Ability to analyze and react to user engagement data, with the ability to ask the right questions to inform data-gathering
• Highly collaborative approach to work
• Instinctual learner, intellectually curious
• Interest in media and publishing
• Understanding of the monetization landscape for email newsletters and web publishing
• Experience working with ‘inbox-first’ products, publications, newsletters, or other offerings
• Skilled in user segmentation, lead Generation and user Data Management
• Experience in email marketing and high volume email campaigns
• Proficiency with Excel
• Experience with Ongage (preferred) or other email service providers
• Proficiency with SQL preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to drive net-new subscriber growth at a brand level and across the Optimism network
• Lead various cross-functional team workflows to accomplish subscriber growth
• Pilot and analyze paid audience acquisition feeds from lead generators and other sources to find scalable channels
