Summary

TrustYou is seeking a Head of Sales Operations to orchestrate and optimize sales, marketing, and customer success efforts remotely. The role involves developing a data-driven revenue operations strategy, overseeing the implementation of Salesforce and Chargebee, collaborating with the Chief Revenue Officer, managing the entire customer lifecycle, supporting pricing strategy development, and mentoring the revenue operations team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field, preferably within the SaaS industry
  • Proven track record of developing and leading revenue operations initiatives that drive significant revenue growth
  • Expertise in managing Salesforce and/or Chargebee platforms
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate operational execution into financial outcomes
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, capable of motivating teams and engaging with senior management
  • Fluency in English

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing a data-driven revenue operations strategy
  • Overseeing the implementation and utilization of Salesforce and Chargebee
  • Collaborating with the Chief Revenue Officer to set revenue goals, accurately forecast revenues, and provide detailed performance reports
  • Ensuring all revenue-related activities support the company's financial objectives, fostering cross-functional collaboration
