Summary
This is a 2-3 month remote HR role for a New York-based custom apparel start-up, Fresh Prints. The job involves lead candidate outreach, conducting interviews, coordinating assessments, communicating with management, and handling other delegated responsibilities. Requirements include excellent communication skills, fluency in English, strong time management, self-motivation, great interpersonal skills, and being a fresh grad with an interest in HR.

Responsibilities
- Lead candidate outreach and sourcing candidates through various recruitment channels
- Conduct initial interviews, and coordinate multiple rounds of assessments plus interviews for candidates and hiring managers
- Communicate with management and other team members to ensure status updates of tasks
- Any other responsibilities delegated; be a backup for HR generalist/admin responsibilities
