Responsibilities

• Lead candidate outreach and sourcing candidates through various recruitment channels
• Conduct initial interviews, and coordinate multiple rounds of assessments plus interviews for candidates and hiring managers
• Communicate with management and other team members to ensure status updates of tasks
• Any other responsibilities delegated; be a backup for HR generalist/admin responsibilities
