Operations Associate

Summary

The job is for an Operations Associate at Multiverse who will oversee the external assessment and certification processes, execute business-critical operational tasks, and work with various teams. The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail, prioritization skills, strong teamwork abilities, and good written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Become the operational lead for, and team expert in, the degree operations process
• Prepare and process key data and documentation to support learners’ progression through their degree apprenticeship
• Responsible for preparing all key learner and assessment information for each Board of Examiners meeting
• Execute the operational processes underpinning the End Point Assessment when apprentices complete their degree programme
• Collaborate with teams including Delivery, Quality and Data & Insight to ensure that cross-functional tasks are well planned, communicated and coordinated
• Support on the execution of a range of other business-critical operational tasks
