Summary
Join Yubico's Product Marketing team as a Competitive Intelligence leader. You will be responsible for in-depth research and analysis of competitors in the Authentication and IAM market. Key responsibilities include identifying differentiators, developing strategic insights, and creating competitive assets. You will collaborate with various teams, deliver training, and contribute to internal resources. This role requires 15+ years of experience in market intelligence analysis and leading competitive intelligence teams within the Authentication and IAM space. Requirements
- 15+ years experience driving Market Intelligence analysis, sizing the addressable market, and assessing competitor business strategies and performance
- Proven experience in leading Competitive Intelligence teams and initiatives, conducting research, analysis, and building competitive intelligence assets in the Authentication and IAM space
- Working knowledge of hardware security token vendors as well as IAM solution providers
- Working knowledge of identity protocols (e.g. SAML, OAuth, OpenID, SCIM)
- Strong technical research, benchmarking, analytical skills, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to prioritize and balance competing demands and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of competitors in the Authentication and IAM market using publicly available resources
- Identify competitive differentiators and market trends to inform product strategy, positioning, and identify evolving market data
- Collaborate with product management, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on competitive positioning and strategies
- Support the field with strategic guidance during critical sales cycles by delivering timely and relevant competitive insights
- Build and maintain competitive assets such as internal presentations and playbooks to enable field teams
- Deliver training for product and field teams covering topics such as strategy, competitor products and market trends
- Contribute to and help maintain our database of competitor information
- Contribute to a monthly newsletter that highlights developments and trends in our market
Preferred Qualifications
- BS or MS in a technical discipline or equivalent
- Hands on experience and knowledge of the Yubico products or other comparable technology
- Worked in a culturally diverse, geographically-dispersed organization
