Quality Success Manager, Remote - United States

Summary

Qualio is seeking an experienced quality professional to join their Customer Success team as a key contact and advocate for assigned customers. The role involves driving upgrade revenue, collaborating with other teams, utilizing quality expertise, and developing knowledge of various regulations applicable to Qualio's growing customer base. This remote position is available in Pacific or Mountain time zones.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Quality roles in the Medical Device field of Life Sciences
• Strong understanding of software systems and their use in quality activities
• Experience with all aspects of an eQMS system from implementation to continuous adoption while supporting organizational change management
• Experience with auditing quality systems as a certified or lead auditor
• Demonstrated experience as a trusted advisor to customers
• Adaptability to take on new projects and adjust to changing priorities
• Great communication skills across multiple mediums (video conference, phone, email)
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Be the key contact and advocate for your assigned customer list
• Drive upgrade revenue from new product feature adoption and expanded usage
• Collaborate with the Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to advocate for your customers and proactively find ways to grow our customer base
• Utilize your quality expertise to deliver Qualio’s quality services that support a customers adoption of Qualio
• Continue to develop quality knowledge of various regulations applicable to Qualio and it’s growing customer base

Preferred Qualifications

• Quality experience in other industries of Life Sciences (Digital Health, Software as Medical Device, Therapeutics)
• Applicable lead auditor certificates (ISO-9001, ISO-13485)
• Some familiarity with regulations in other countries - MDR, PICS, etc
