Summary

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in commercial functions (ideally in SaaS BtoB, with long and complex deals)
  • Experience in account management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Understand the needs of small and medium-sized accounting firms
  • Present Pennylane's financial management software to these firms
  • Close sales deals with these firms
  • Fidelize and develop the number of dossiers held on Pennylane by each firm
  • Coordinate support teams to ensure high-quality service delivery to firms
  • Develop a network of promoting accounting firms that can sponsor other colleagues
