Requirements

  • 5 years of experience selling at fast growing tech and web services companies, specializing in the SaaS market
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate and nurture new relationships, fostering trust and rapport
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong ambition to drive progress and contribute to Route’s journey, making a meaningful impact to its mission

Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet sales quotas
  • Proactively lead the sales process to propel business growth
  • Cultivate new client relationships through various channels such as cold call, email, and other creative outreach
  • Take charge of the sales process in tandem with diverse teams including deal desk, sales engineering, product marketing, and others to drive new logos and revenue
  • Coordinating closely with our Implementation Team to ensure seamless onboarding for clients
  • Maintain an understanding of the competitive market space and how to effectively position Route
  • Foster client engagement through regular points of contact and support
  • Represent Route at industry events, expanding our market presence and building powerful connections
  • Exercise care and responsibility when handling sensitive personal data
