Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success, preferably in crypto or Web3
  • Proven track record in driving customer retention, satisfaction, and growth
  • Experience working with C-suite and technical customer personas (e.g., Developers, Engineers, etc.)
  • Naturally curious, with a demonstrated history of thinking creatively to solve problems
  • Strong ability to manage customer issues with poise and diplomacy
  • Willingness to travel for conferences and in-person meetings as needed
  • Passion for helping customers realize maximum value from their partnerships with Exodus

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage the success of our B2B2C partners, delivering consistent value and ensuring high satisfaction with our products
  • Build and nurture relationships across all levels of our partners' organizations, from Developers to C-Suite executives
  • Develop deep product expertise to identify and recommend cross-sell opportunities for additional B2B2C products
  • Collaborate with Product teams to analyze adoption and revenue data, identifying areas for growth and increased customer engagement
