Requirements

  • Organizational skills: Management of dependencies across multiple stakeholders and technologies each with unique requirements
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and evolve in a fast-paced environment to meet the changing needs of customers and the business
  • Interest in new tools and technology: You appreciate that technology can improve efficiency and output and are eager to learn/experiment with tools at your disposal
  • Experience with CRM technology Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Experience with Google Search Console, Analytics, or looker studio preferred
  • Familiarity with Business intelligence tools is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define, produce, and analyze KPIs
  • Operationalize existing Salesforce, Hubspot, and google sheets reporting and work with business intelligence team to translate into the BI tool (Tableau)
  • Manage marketing data to ensure accuracy. Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales Operations teams to establish an ongoing audit and enrichment processes
  • Monitor conversion and engagement metrics to continuously improve effectiveness of customer marketing and sales efforts
  • Create and maintain documentation of reporting resources. Provide training to new team members and ongoing training for new resources
  • Collaborate with business development function to ensure appropriate visibility into performance

Position Overview:

As a Marketing Operations Manager you will play a crucial role in providing the marketing team with the insights they need to operate and scale efficiently. You will collaborate with the different marketing functions (growth, content, customer, and events) to identify and develop reporting needed to support their operations and work closely with Marketing and Executive leadership to produce reporting for monthly and quarterly operating reviews. You will be responsible for collaborating with other business functions and the business intelligence team to optimize and expand insights provided by our first-class technology infrastructure.
