Responsibilities
- Prepare daily lists of clients and candidates for Recruitment Consultants
- Manage email, phone calls, and LinkedIn messages on behalf of Consultants
- Write and update candidate profiles and job descriptions
- Organize and schedule appointments, interviews, and follow-ups
- Gather information to prepare Consultants for meetings and calls
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate candidate and client data
- Assist in the creation of presentation materials and documentation
- Conduct candidate and client market mapping to identify all potential clients and candidates, aiding consultants in their industry mapping
- Regularly design and post social media content for the company, including job posts and service offerings
- Cold call prospective candidates and create interest in exploring our sales career opportunities within their industry
- Screen candidates to ensure they meet the necessary qualifications and experience
- Submit qualified candidates to Recruitment Consultants for further evaluation
- Directly submit suitable candidates to clients when required
- Serve as the first point of contact for administrative queries from clients and candidates
- Facilitate communication between Consultants and clients to streamline the recruitment process
- Utilize technology tools such as GSuite, Bullhorn, Seek Talent Search, and LinkedIn Recruiter to enhance recruitment efficiency
- Train and assist team members in the effective use of recruitment software and tools
- Create and document SOPs for all recruitment and administrative processes to ensure consistency and efficiency

The Talent Partner plays a vital role in allowing our Recruitment Consultants to concentrate on their primary tasks of client and candidate engagement by managing candidate acquisition and preparatory duties. This position entails interacting with sales executive talent in our market, overseeing communication tools, preparing client and candidate lists, and ensuring the smooth daily operations of the recruitment team.
A key aspect of this role includes conducting candidate and client market mapping, identifying potential clients and candidates, and supporting consultants with industry mapping. The role also involves proactive and reactive engagement through LinkedIn and voice/video communication.
Must-have Skills / Qualification:
- Solid recruitment experience, ideally with Sales executive-level candidates in the Australian market.
- Ideally well versed in using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong, outgoing personality with the ability to engage and communicate effectively with sales executives and senior professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High degree of professionalism and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Engaging conversationalist and not afraid to speak with strangers.

Advantageous/nice to have:
- Experience in the Facility Services industry is a plus but not essential.
- Monday.com, G Suite, Dripify, Sales Navigator, Canva, Aircall, Bullhorn, Seek Talent Search.
