Sales Development Representative

Summary

Join SAP Fioneer's expanding team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern for at least 4 months. Based in Munich, Berlin, Walldorf, or remotely in Germany (with up to 10% travel), this internship offers a potential transition to a flexible working student or full-time role. You'll work at the intersection of technology and sustainability, focusing on lead generation, initial discovery, and supporting ESG expert sellers. The role requires strong communication skills in German and English, proactive behavior, and familiarity with SaaS sales frameworks. Requirements

• Study: Business administration, commerce, technology, engineering, or natural sciences
• Be excited about Sales, ESG & technology
• Be an active listener who communicates in a targeted and confident manner and always acts proactively
• Excellent communication skills: Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in German and English
• Willingness to travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

• Strategically target and prospect accounts in Fioneer’s core markets through online research, mail and phone outreach
• Leverage proven SaaS sales frameworks (e.g. BANT, MEDDPICC) to uncover prospects' solution needs and challenges
• Prepare customer presentations & demos, conduct research & analysis on various topics
• Draft outreach campaigns
• Maintain accurate lead and client data in our CRM system
• Work collaboratively, independently & responsibly
