Sales Operations Intern

Summary

Join FMX as a part-time Sales Operations Intern and contribute to revenue operations and sales technology. You will support multiple teams by managing data, creating reports, and improving sales processes. This role offers valuable exposure to Sales and Revenue Operations functions while using industry-leading tools like Salesforce and Gong. You'll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and make a significant impact on the company's product and future. Responsibilities

• Establish and perform data cleanup/audits within in Sales alongside our Sales Operations Specialist and Revenue Operations Manager to ensure data accuracy and reliability
• Create tracking and reports in Salesforce to identify gaps in sales prospecting data, maintain data hygiene standards
• Identify and source prospect data, using approved methods
• Create and audit insightful reports in Salesforce to support prospecting strategies
• Assist with improving automation processes within Salesforce, optimizing workflows and increasing efficiency across the Operations and Sales teams

• Eagerness to learn the operational aspects of Sales Operations and a critical eye for detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Resourcefulness in finding answers to questions and learning from others
