Join Elite Technology as a Senior Account Executive and drive new business growth in the North American legal market. This remote position offers a fast-paced, target-driven environment where you will prospect new accounts, lead consultative sales cycles, and close new logo business with law firms using Eliteโs cloud-based SaaS platform. You will conduct discovery meetings, deliver presentations, and execute a consultative sales process. Accurate forecasting and collaboration with internal teams are essential. The role requires proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement tools. This position is ideal for a results-oriented sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree or equivalent experience required
- Must reside in the Eastern Time Zone within the United States and be available to work standard East Coast business hours
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in a quota-carrying Account Executive or Account Manager role
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and winning new logo business
- Proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Gong)
- Strong consultative sales skills, with experience navigating complex sales cycles
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with comfort presenting to executive stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a remote setting
- Highly organized with strong pipeline and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Prospect and cold call into a defined U.S.-based territory to generate new opportunities
- Conduct discovery meetings with law firm stakeholders to uncover business needs
- Deliver solution-focused presentations and product demonstrations to key decision-makers
- Execute a consultative sales process from first meeting to contract close
- Develop and maintain detailed account plans to guide engagement strategy
- Accurately forecast pipeline progression and close rates using CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams across finance, legal, marketing, and customer success
- Track all sales activities and outcomes in Salesforce and related tools
- Stay informed on legal industry trends, client feedback, and competitive landscape
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the department/company
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling ERP or platform-based SaaS products strongly preferred
