Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Law, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5β8 years of experience selling SaaS financial or business applications, ideally to legal or professional services firms
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong ability to self-generate pipeline and effectively manage long, complex sales cycles
- Experience selling to C-level executives and influencing high-stakes buying decisions
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and comfort working in a metrics-driven environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with ROI modeling and value-based selling approaches
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced SaaS environment
Responsibilities
- Exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas by developing new business across the assigned UK territory
- Identify and engage prospective clients through targeted outreach and strategic prospecting
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with legal and financial decision-makers at mid-to-large law firms
- Manage full-cycle enterprise software sales engagements from initial contact through close
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to C-level executives and key stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to create effective go-to-market strategies
- Maintain a thorough understanding of client pain points, business needs, and industry trends to position Elite's solutions effectively
- Accurately forecast and track all sales activities using Salesforce.com
- Work closely with implementation and customer success teams to ensure a smooth transition post-sale
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the department/company
Preferred Qualifications
Experience applying structured sales methodologies (e.g., Force Management or similar)
