Requirements
- 3+ years of recruitment experience in the technology/digital sector, with expertise in the European market (Germany preferred)
- Proven experience sourcing and hiring for marketing and finance roles using platforms like LinkedIn and other tech-specific job boards
- A strong track record of managing multiple stakeholders and driving hiring outcomes
- High emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset
- A data-driven approach to decision-making and the ability to deliver actionable insights
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for business roles, including marketing, legal, people, finance and customer experience
- Build a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and a strong referral program
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with external agencies when necessary and ensure their alignment with Jimdoβs values
- Provide meaningful market insights and data-driven recruitment reporting
- Support employer branding efforts to enhance Jimdoβs reputation as a top workplace
- Work on optimisation projects that improve our effectiveness and efficiency in recruitment
- Drive candidate experience improvement initiatives
