Requirements

• 3+ years of recruitment experience in the technology/digital sector, with expertise in the European market (Germany preferred)
• Proven experience sourcing and hiring for marketing and finance roles using platforms like LinkedIn and other tech-specific job boards
• A strong track record of managing multiple stakeholders and driving hiring outcomes
• High emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset
• A data-driven approach to decision-making and the ability to deliver actionable insights

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for business roles, including marketing, legal, people, finance and customer experience
• Build a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and a strong referral program
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
• Collaborate with external agencies when necessary and ensure their alignment with Jimdo’s values
• Provide meaningful market insights and data-driven recruitment reporting
• Support employer branding efforts to enhance Jimdo’s reputation as a top workplace
• Work on optimisation projects that improve our effectiveness and efficiency in recruitment
• Drive candidate experience improvement initiatives
