Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, at least 5 of those years in a leadership position, with a focus on B2B and B2B2C Marketing
- Proven success in leadership roles, managing and growing marketing teams
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Expertise in using data and analytics to drive decisions and optimize campaigns
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, CRO, and digital marketing best practices
- Proven track record in driving customer acquisition, international expansion, lifecycle marketing and content marketing
- Experience in planning and executing successful industry event marketing
- Ability to establish KPIs, track performance, and report insights to leadership
Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive marketing vision and distill high-level strategies into actionable tactical initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment
- Lead by example, actively engaging in the work and rolling up your sleeves to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives
- Strengthen the SAFe brand through content-based marketing and targeted campaigns
- Develop marketing collateral for SAFe products to support sales teams and partners
- Drive lead generation and conversions through effective B2B and B2B2C marketing strategies
- Implement lead nurturing, scoring, and enrichment processes to ensure high-quality leads
- Improve lead conversion by implementing robust scoring and allocation mechanisms
- Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings
- Create and distribute valuable content to attract and engage target audiences
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions
- Leverage social media platforms to build brand awareness and engage with our audience
- Plan and execute industry and customer events, including the SAFe Summit, to generate leads and build relationships
- Collaborate with industry influencers and engage with the community to enhance brand visibility and credibility
- Generating high-quality leads, improving SEO and website performance, improving the ROI of digital campaigns
- Leading and coordinating marketing campaigns across the three key channels (individuals, partners, enterprises) and media to ensure mutual reinforcement
- Lead by example, actively engaging in the work and rolling up your sleeves to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives
- Develop and execute partner marketing strategies to create strong relationships and support partner success
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of key marketing KPIs, marketing tech stack, and related processes
- Utilize data and analytics to improve marketing performance and drive continuous improvement
- Demonstrate empathy and understanding of the customer lifecycle, ensuring marketing efforts are aligned with customer needs and preferences
- Develop and implement customer lifecycle marketing strategies to grow our community of SAFe Professionals and enhance customer engagement and retention
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, technology or software industry is a plus
- Familiarity with Agile marketing practices and promoting an Agile culture
