VP of Marketing

Summary

Requirements

• 8+ years in diversified leadership roles, driving growth
• Successful track record of managing, building, and scaling highly effective and diverse teams
• Adept at truly rolling up your sleeves and doing the work
• Experience successfully scaling and running a native digital business (preference for experience in subscription, new-to-market and high-consideration products)
• Strong ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights about the customer, the channel, and the business
• Deep appreciation for and ability to build a great culture
• General management and P&L experience

Responsibilities

• Developing and driving our marketing strategy across performance, brand, and creative
• Attached at the hip with our Product team to ensure we’re thinking about how we can leverage Product to drive growth and vice versa
• Partnering with our Operations team to ensure that we’re considering the feasibility of everything we are doing
• Investing in the growth and development of your team
• Obsessing over the Tovala prospect customer; understand their motivators, backgrounds, and interests to develop advertising and compelling messaging that speaks to them
• Pushing our thinking on new strategies and channels to acquire customers
